Delivery Policy
At vibeFit, we provide free and hassle-free delivery to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for our customers. Our delivery timelines vary depending on whether the product is being built at your site or at our facility.
Delivery Timelines
If your order is being built at your site:
- It will take approximately 7 business days for the raw materials to arrive at your location.
- Within 3 days after delivery, our upholsterer will begin the fabrication process at our site in your presence.
If your order is not being built at your site:
- Your order will arrive at your location within a maximum of 14-15 business days from the time of placing the order.
Delivery for Order Modifications
While our standard delivery is free, any additional deliveries incurred due to order modifications will be covered by the customer. However, if you decide to modify your design after placing the order, the only additional charge will be the difference in the amount based on the changes made. If you require a salesman's appointment for assistance with the modification, a service fee of ₹499 will apply.

Payment Policy
At vibeFit, we ensure a transparent and secure payment process for all our customers. Please review our payment terms before placing an order.
Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment of the total amount is required at the time of placing an order.
- The remaining balance must be paid based on the order type:
- If your order is being built at your site: The remaining amount is due when the upholsterer arrives at your location and completes the fabrication process.
- If your order is not being built at your site: The remaining amount is due when the product arrives at your location.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept online payments via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Net Banking
Note: We do not accept cash payments.
GST & Pricing
All prices mentioned across our business already include GST. There are no hidden charges.

Order Updates
We provide regular updates regarding your order's progress via WhatsApp.
Updates include key milestones such as:
- Order Confirmation
- Wooden Crate Readiness
- Fabrication Progress
- Shipping Status
Shipping & Delivery Updates
Once your order is shipped, we will share the delivery person's mobile number for coordination.
