To ensure complete peace of mind, we provide an Assured Warranty on all our products. This warranty is designed to cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Period
The warranty period varies depending on the product category and begins immediately upon the completion of the fabrication process. The exact duration of coverage will be specified at the time of purchase.
vibeFit's Responsibility
- Repair or replace any part of the product that is found to have defects in materials or craftsmanship during the warranty period.
- Provide servicing assistance for manufacturing defects at no additional cost.
- Offer a replacement or suitable compensation if repair is not feasible, at vibeFit's discretion.
- Ensure high-quality foam is used in all products, preventing deformation and maintaining long-term comfort.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies to the following:
- Structural integrity and durability of the product.
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Foam durability with coverage for foam deformation for up to 10 years under normal residential use.
- Faults arising under normal residential use within the warranty period.
Exclusions - What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:
- Improper maintenance, mishandling, overloading, or negligence in usage.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Variations in texture, grain, or color due to the natural characteristics of the materials used.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

- Provide clear images of the defect for assessment.
- Allow our team to inspect and process your request within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
At vibeFit, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-designed furniture tailored to your preferences. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while considering the time and resources involved in crafting your customized product.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 48 hours of ordering: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days of ordering: You will receive 20% of your deposit as a refund.
- Cancellation after 7 days: Due to the commencement of fabrication and resource allocation, cancellations will not be accepted, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

- Confirmation and Refund Processing: Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the policy. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 9-10 business days.
